God has blessed me with a talent that not many people would say they have. I have been blessed with the ability to work with Junior and Senior High students. Youth Ministry is where I have dedicated my life for the time being, until God has something else planned for me. Youth Ministry is a proffesion of constant change. Styles, music, movies, tv shows and everything else you can think of are always changing in junior and senior high students. Here, I would like to open up a conversation with everyone about Youth Minsitry. Preaching, planning, events, trips, music and much more will be discussed in this section.
Part of being in Youth Ministry is building a structure. It is something that will determine how your ministry will function. The ins and outs of the ministry. In my mind, those basic structure elements can be called: Youth Ministry or Minister Basics. Not because they are easy to accomplish or that there is a simple step procedure to making them all happen But because they are the basic pieces of ministry that should work to be integrated to your ministry. As I grow up, which I am really not growing up that fast, I am learning new lessons and new thoughts have come to my mind about Youth Ministry.
